Nordstrom - Rewards Now
This project was an intermediate release of new program features for Nordstrom Rewards customers. The intent of the project was to allow app, web, and mobile web users to access real-time information about their rewards benefits and track their points and Nordstrom Notes on a user-friendly dashboard.
In addition to revitalizing the former rewards dashboard an offering real-time rewards, we wanted to create a celebratory feeling to add surprise and delight to the Rewards experience in a very lightweight way. This was achieved through adding in celebratory modals when customers earned new Notes, or leveled up their rewards status.
In addition to a dashboard upgrade for current members of the program, we also designed a new state for non-members in order to improve the acquisition experience for rewards, and to add the ability to link a pre-existing rewards account to the customers Nordstrom.com account (a task that customers would have had to call the help center for previously).
